Week one...lets see how this goes.
This weeks topic came to me while watching sports center this morning listening to Merrill Hodge or one of the other drones suggest that with Brady's injury and losses by Indy and San Diego at home that the balance of power in the NFL has shifted from the AFC to the NFC. Sigh....well, look for our reactions to this idea by Friday and get ready to post your comments after reading and disagreeing with our points of view.
The start of something...well, probably pretty small.
ESPN has gotten out of hand. Whether it be hours upon
hours of Brett Favre coverage or their insistence on
putting Emmitt Smith on TV, the network has made it
clear that sports needs the voice of reason to return
and remind us all why we love to obsess about this
stuff. Each week my partner in crime and I will post
a topic of debate and post our thoughts (yes we are
fully aware of the fact that this idea has been done
to death). We welcome anyone who ends up finding and
reading our nonsensical rantings and ravings to post
your own thoughts. ESPN should not be leading the
discussion on sports, the true sports fans of the
world must send a message and steer the debate to
topics that actually make sense. A revolution is
coming, so please join us in our small little part of
it. In closing, Herm Edwards RULES!!!.. Now lets play
to win the game!
